The availability of customer service is not so good. The "opening hours" are somewhat limited. The phone customer service at BetApps, by the way, with a Maltese landline number, is open daily from 10:00 to 17:00. Live chat can be used from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Outside of the time window, inquiries should be sent by email. The customer service is available in German, English and Russian.
BetApps has also been working on the homepage in the last few weeks. There have been some improvements in terms of clarity, especially in the side areas. The game lineup itself is still presented in a tried and tested way - and that's a good thing. BetApps has a clear line at its core. Navigation remains simple and structured. The bright backgrounds, including the colorful game overlay, look appealing, but by no means overwhelming. Complex graphic gimmicks are deliberately avoided. |
